What does “Made in the U.S.A.” mean anyway? Is it a source of pride? A calling card for quality made goods? Just a phrase on a label? To every individual those words mean something entirely different, yet people are asking to hear them more and more. With so many foreign-made goods everywhere, we started asking “Where exactly do I find what I am looking for and have it be American made?” Found in the Fifty was created to not only help find the American-made products you want, but also highlight the best of American modern design. With it becoming easier to bring products to market and a growing community of talented designers America is experiencing the beginnings of an exciting design, manufacturing, and craftsmanship renaissance. Well-made and well-designed products are right at our backdoor. Making the decision to bring these products into our homes and lives is not only better for our country, but better for our communities and planet.
